It’s Not "Just Another Conference"

The 5^th annual GEMS conference will be held in Dearborn, Michigan at the Doubletree Hotel.

There are many benefits to attending the GEMS conference. Attendees receive detailed handouts for every session they attend. Handouts are available for all sessions and serve as a valuable resource to take back to your institution.

The primary reason most people attend the conference is to share information with others. The conference allows you to network with EMPOWER users who work with the same type of data as you, providing additional resources for when you return to your institution. In addition, you receive a list of all conference attendees so that the sharing doesn’t stop on the final day of the conference.
